Executive workshop

AI workshop for leadership teams: decide where to invest before you spend

An executive session where your leadership team learns what AI really changes, spots the real opportunities in your business and leaves with a 90-day roadmap. No jargon, no hype, real cases.

A hand reaching for a light bulb: judgment to decide where to invest in AI

The problem

Your leadership team doesn't need another tools course. It needs the judgment to decide.

AI is already in your company, whether or not anyone decided it: everyone uses ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot… their own way, vendors promise miracles, and the board keeps asking, "What are we doing with AI?"

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You've tried a handful of tools, but you're not seeing real business impact.
  • You can't tell which use cases are worth it and which are just hype.
  • Leadership wants results, and there are still no clear metrics or criteria.
  • Data, security, privacy or regulatory compliance (EU AI Act) are a concern.
  • Every department is doing its own thing and no one owns adoption.

AI doesn't fail because of the technology. It fails for lack of judgment. And judgment starts with the leadership team.

Program

What we cover in the workshop

Module 1 · Session 1

What AI really changes (and what it doesn't)

  • What generative AI can and can't do today: substance, not hype.
  • Assistants, automations and AI agents: how they differ and when each one adds value.
  • What companies in your industry are doing, and where the noise is.
Module 2 · Session 1

AI opportunities by business area

  • Sales, marketing, customer service, operations, HR and finance: real cases.
  • Group exercise: an opportunity map for your company.
Module 3 · Session 1

Criteria for deciding where to invest

  • Prioritizing by impact, effort, risk and feasibility.
  • Buy, adapt or build: questions to ask vendors.
  • How to measure ROI: KPIs set before you start.
Module 4 · Session 2

Risk, governance and adoption

  • Data protection, security, bias and the EU AI Act: what leadership needs to know.
  • A responsible AI use policy for your workforce.
  • Who owns adoption, and how to take your team from curiosity to application.
Module 5 · Session 2

90-day roadmap

  • Selecting 2-3 priority use cases.
  • Owners, resources, first steps and metrics.
  • The leadership team's next decisions.

FAQ

Before you book the workshop

Do we need technical knowledge?+

No. The workshop is built for leadership: business, priorities, risk and return. No coding involved.

Is it a generic talk, or tailored to our company?+

It's tailored. Before the workshop I review your industry, processes and priorities, and we work with examples from your reality. The more specific the context, the more useful the workshop.

How long is it and how is it organized?+

2 sessions of 2 hours (4 hours total), in person at your offices or live online. Beforehand there's a 30-45 minute prep call and, afterward, a follow-up session at 30 days. We set the dates around your leadership team's calendar.

What do we walk away with?+

An AI roadmap for the next 90 days, a prioritized list of use cases and shared criteria for deciding on projects and vendors.

How much does it cost?+

I put together a tailored proposal based on the number of participants and the format. Email me at juan@memba.es or fill out the form and I'll send it over, no strings attached.

What happens after the workshop?+

At 30 days we hold a follow-up session to review progress. The natural next step is to bring AI to your teams with Training for teams and departments: hands-on workshops by area (sales, marketing, operations, HR, finance or customer service), 2 to 6 sessions of 2 hours, so your people apply AI to real work from week one. If the roadmap needs grounding, we can follow up with a consulting assessment (1 or 2 weeks). No strings attached.

Do you work with small and mid-sized companies?+

Yes. The workshop is designed for groups of 8 to 30: the leadership team and, if you like, department heads. I adapt the examples and scope to the size of the company.

Can it be delivered in English?+

Yes, I teach in English and Spanish.
