AI opportunity assessment
We review processes, data, tools and goals to pinpoint where AI can create value, and where it isn't worth investing.
AI Consulting
From idea to results: I help you decide where AI is worth investing in, how to prioritize use cases and how to measure the return. Strategy, implementation and training in a single engagement.
When it makes sense
AI rarely fails because of the technology. It fails for lack of focus, data, adoption or a clear way to measure the return. If any of these sound familiar, consulting can save you time and money.
Services

We build a phased plan with owners, resources, vendors and metrics, and stay with you through execution so it doesn't end up as a slide deck.
Responsible use policies, data protection, security, bias and the EU AI Act. Adopt AI without putting the business at risk.
We train executives and teams to use AI, connecting strategy with everyday work and real projects.
We set KPIs before we start and measure impact: time saved, cost savings, revenue, quality and adoption.
Method
We talk goals, processes, data and people. Without context, there's no good AI strategy.
We identify opportunities, risks and roadblocks, and prioritize the use cases with the highest return.
We define phases, resources, tools, metrics and an AI governance model.
We support the rollout, review results and adjust so AI delivers lasting value.

Who you'll work with
I apply AI in real projects before I recommend it. That experience lets me tell a real opportunity from a passing trend, and guide you with business judgment, not just technical know-how.
If you're looking for an AI consultant who speaks the language of business, we'll get along.

FAQ
Tools come at the end of the process. First you need to understand the business, prioritize use cases, prepare data and measure results. Buying tools without a strategy is the fastest way to lose money.
